The Open Financial Exchange doesn’t allow bank files with invalid characters. It may be possible that your bank file has some invalid characters, and every time QuickBooks tries to process the file, it gets rejected by the OFX. To ensure this isn’t happening, try renaming the company file and editing any invalid characters. You can follow the steps below-
- Go to the folder that carries your QuickBooks Files.
- The bank file will also be located with an extension .qbo.
