POP Server Settings - 

Follow these incoming and outgoing server settings- 

  • Email Protocol- POP3
  • Inbound Server- inbound.att.net 
  • Inbound Server Port number- 995
  • SSL- Yes
  • Outbound Server- outbound.att.net 
  • Outbound Server Port number- 465 

IMAP Server Settings- 

  • Email Protocol- POP3

  • Inbound Server- imap.att.net 
  • Inbound Server Port number- 993
  • SSL- Yes
  • Outbound Server- smtp.mail.att.net 
  • Outbound Server Port number- 465 or 587 

Now, when you know all the server settings, let's see how you can use these server settings. For instance, here is how you can add your account to Outlook with these settings. 

Adding your SBCGlobal email account on Outlook- 

  • Firstly, open the Outlook application on your device and go to the File option. 
  • Now, go to the Add Account option, and on the next screen, enter your SBCGlobal email address. 
  • Select the Advanced option and then check the Let me set my account manually box. 
  • After that, click on the Connect button. 
  • Now, select your account type and then go to the Account Settings.
  • Then, enter the incoming and outgoing server settings for the respective account type. 
  • Click on the Next button. 
  • Lastly, enter the password for your account and hit on the Connect button. 

Adding your SBCGlobal email account on the iPhone device- 

  • First, go to the Settings panel of your iPhone. 
  • Now, open the Mail option and click on the Account option. 
  • After that, select the Add account and hit the Others button. 
  • Now, enter the name, email address, and password for your account. 
  • Then, click on the Next option. 
  • Here, select your account type and enter the respective incoming and outgoing server settings for your account. 
  • Select the Continue button and then choose the Details
  • Now, click on the Trust and then the Save button. 
  • Go to your account and then select the SMTP Server
  • Lastly, click the Done button. 

Adding your account to the Mac Mail- 

 

  • Open the Mail app on your Mac device and then go to the Mail option. 

  • Go to the Add Account option and hit on the Other Mail Account
  • Fill in all the information as required, such as name, email address, and password for your SBCGlobal email account.
  • After that, select your account type (POP and IMAP) and enter the incoming and outgoing server settings. 
  • Next, hit the Continue button and select Next

Adding the SBCGlobal account to the Android- 

  • Open your device and then go to the Mail app. 

  • Now click on the Add Account option. 
  • Here, tap on the Personal( IMAO/POP) and then click Next
  • Then, enter your full email address and then tap Next
  • After that, choose the Account Type for your account. Choose between the POP and IMAP. 
  • Next, you can fill in the respective information for the incoming and outgoing servers. 
  • Following this, enter your SBCGlobal email password and tap Next.
