Although Cevaf didn't start operating until 2016, we have since served as both a manufacturer and a supplier. Over the past 10 years, our designers and employees have produced clothing for millions of women. We become aware that we are manufacturing more than just clothing when we see our customers posting pictures online while grinning widely.
We currently run our own company, Cevaf. We offer goods that are low-cost but of high quality because they are created right in our own factories. We think that both our customers and we, the producers, will benefit from this. All shipments to Canada and the United States are delayed due to the strong demand and ongoing Covid-19 difficulties. Unfortunately, we are currently observing delays in all over-sea shipping.Although it will take longer, every package will arrive. Return/Exchange Guidelines
To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below:
1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service.
2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.
3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the panty protective strip intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
