The page for changing the name in the DL transaction is presented. Select the relevant information from the drop-down boxes and click Confirm, then the Data Accepted Accepted Successfully message is displayed.

The declaration box and captcha are located on the left side of the page, check (tick) the declaration box and input the captcha code, then click the Submit button.

The following steps to upload the relevant papers, choose the radio button Upload Documents like name proof, and then click the Next button.
