However, the generic name cyanoacrylate glues and its subgroups are quick-binding glues that you can use to mix anything. How Does It Work?
Quite different from conventional water-based glues, cyanoacrylate adhesives are made from acrylic resin. The primary ingredient of this type of adhesive is an acrylic monomer called cyanoacrylate. The specialty lies in the fact that after curing, the glue gets transferred to a plastic-like stage.
Another difference is that, unlike the other varieties of adhesives, the CA glue type bonds only under specific conditions. It bonds on the surface only when there is adequate moisture around. This means if you keep the adhesive on a dry surface, then it is not going to form a bond or stick to the surface of any material.
