The Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in the year 1995. Over the years, the Department has built world-class faculty and unmatched goodwill owing to the faculty’s expertise and extensive experience in teaching and industries. The strengths of the department include student with good curricular competency, innovation project work by students, faculty retention and mentoring system. Mechanical Engineering Department has also established the Centre of Excellence in Automotive Technologies in collaboration with Bosch.
