The Agile Scrum life cycle is a framework used in software development and project management to deliver products incrementally and iteratively. Here's an overview of the Agile Scrum life cycle:

Learn Life Cycle of Agile Scrum With Agile Scrum Foundation Certification

1. Product Backlog Creation:

- The process begins with creating a prioritized list of requirements, user stories, and features known as the product backlog.
- The product backlog is managed by the product owner, who collaborates with stakeholders to gather and refine these items.

2. Sprint Planning:

- At the start of each sprint (typically 2-4 weeks long), a sprint planning meeting is held.
- The development team and product owner work together to select a set of user stories from the product backlog to be included in the sprint.
- The team breaks down the selected items into smaller tasks and estimates the effort required to complete them.

3. Sprint Execution:

- With the sprint plan in place, the development team starts working on the tasks from the selected user stories during the sprint.
- Daily Standup meetings are conducted, where team members provide updates on their progress, discuss challenges, and plan for the next 24 hours.

4. Incremental Development:

- The development team follows Agile principles to create a potentially shippable product increment during each sprint.
- The product increment should meet the team's Definition of Done (DoD), indicating that it is fully functional and meets the specified quality criteria.

5. Sprint Review:

- At the end of each sprint, a sprint review meeting is conducted.
- The development team demonstrates the completed work to stakeholders, such as the product owner, customers, and other team members.
- Feedback is gathered, and stakeholders have the opportunity to provide input and suggest changes.

6. Sprint Retrospective:

- Following the sprint review, a sprint retrospective meeting takes place.
- The development team reflects on the sprint's performance, processes, and interactions.
- The team identifies what went well and what could be improved, aiming to enhance future sprints.

7. Repeat and Adapt:

- The Agile Scrum life cycle is highly iterative and repeats for each subsequent sprint.
- The product backlog is continuously updated based on new requirements, feedback, and changing priorities.
- The team adapts its approach and work based on insights from previous sprints to enhance efficiency and product quality.

In GSDC agile scrum certification, the Agile Scrum life cycle allows teams to deliver value incrementally, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a high level of transparency and collaboration throughout the project's life.
