The reason of sweaty hands & feet naturally is erroneous nerve signals that produce the overactivity of eccrine sweat glands in primary hyperhidrosis. Typically, it affects the face, underarms, palms, and soles. This kind of hyperhidrosis has no known medical reason. Families may be affected by it.

You can get rid of this by different home remedies:

The basic one is Baking Soda - Baking soda's alkaline properties make it a good treatment for sweaty hands and feet. Dip your hands and feet in warm water that has been diluted with two to three tablespoons of baking soda for 20 to 30 minutes. After removing them from the water and thoroughly rubbing them with baking soda, pat them dry.

Second one is Lemon - One way to use lemon for combating excessive sweating is by mixing lemon juice with salt and rubbing it on your hands. When it dries up, wash it off.

Third one is Tea tree oil - Apply tea tree oil to perspiring areas in small quantities regularly.

Fourth one is Coconut oil and camphor - Mix some coconut oil with a piece of camphor, then apply the mixture to the sweat-prone areas. Give it 40 to 60 minutes to relax. With clean water, rinse it off. As an alternative, you can lessen perspiration by adding camphor to your bathwater.
