Ursa may not have been as big, but Ursaluna is making its Pokemon GO debut, which is set on November 12, 2022. Since Ursaluna is the most recent evolution, rather than the native variant, Ursaluna will permanently be obtainable in Pokemon Go. After this, you can level up Ursaluna any night that the games Full Moon appears. While the moon is visible, you will be able to evolve into an Ursaluna.
For the first time ever, trainers will be able to evolve their Ursarings into Ursalunas when a full moon is visible. To progress through the Evolution of their region, Higurashi, players will have to evolve their Teddiursa into a Ursaring before A Full Moon is faded. Then, players may forego an additional 100 Teddiursa Candy in order to evolve their Ursaring into the Terran/Normal Ursaluna. To evolve Teddiursa into Ursaring in Pokemon GO, which is what is needed to complete Ursaluna Evolution, you just have to obtain fifty Teddiursa Candy.
Once you have evolved Teddiursa into Ursaring, then you can proceed to evolve to Ursaluna in Pokemon GO. To evolve an Ursaring in Ursaluna, you will of course need the Ursaring, which can be acquired quite easily through Teddiursas evolution. This is where you can evolve an Ursaring and turn it into an Ursaluna for 100 Candy, and as soon as the Moon goes away, we have to wait until the next Moon Event.
In short, the ratings evolve feature will be available while players are at 100 Candy and the full moon is outside. Ursaring will not require the peat blocks to Evolve into Pokemon GO this time around. Fortunately for players who have been struggling to obtain evolution items from Pokestops or research discoveries, Ursaring does not require an evolution item to evolve into Pokemon GO.
Ursaring also only has the ability to evolve during the full moon, though whether this will become part of Pokemon GO's evolutionary requirements remains to be seen. This can be done on the Pokemon GO Community Day in November, or as long as five hours later, and players will get his Higurashi-region evolutionary move, Charge Move, with High Horsepower.
If you evolved your Ursaring on the Community Day of Teddiursa, Ursaring would learn a Special move, High Horsepower, that damages Electric-type Pokemon and any type that is weak to Ground types. Take time to capture as many Teddiursas as you can during Community Day in order to farm up candy for Ursaring evolutions and Ursaluna from the Hisui region.
Additionally, the fully evolved forms of the Hisui regions Teddiursa will make their debut on Pokemon GO for the first time during the next Community Day. In addition to increasing spawns of a new Hisui Pokemon, a number of other gameplay bonuses are coming to this month's Community Day events.
The November 2022 Community Day event will introduce Ursalunas pre-evolution, Teddiursa, so players will have to catch enough of those Pokemon in order to obtain 125 Candy, then evolve it to Ursaluna. Ursala makes its Pokemon Go debut on the Teddiursas Community Day, which takes place on November 12, starting at 2 PM, and lasts until 6 AM on November 13.
Niantic decided to include this into Pokemon GO, by bringing a full moon into a special Community Day celebrating Teddiursa, to take place in November. While Teddiursa will become more prevalent just until the end of 5 pm local time when Novembers Community Day events start, a special full moon will be visible in the skies of Pokemon Go until 13th November, 6 am local time.
