Recording phone calls on iPhone isn't available by dereliction and may be confined by original laws or regulations. still, there are many ways to record phone calls on an iPhone

 1. Use a third-party app There are several third-party apps available on the App Store that can be used to record phone calls. One similar app is TapeACall, which allows you to record incoming and gregarious calls. To use this app, you will need to call the app's recording line and also combine the call with the person you want to talk to.

 2. Use a call forwarding service Some call forwarding services like Google Voice can be used to record incoming calls. To do this, you will need to enable call forwarding in your Google Voice settings and also use the Google Voice app to make and admit calls.

 3. Use a recording device If you have a separate recording device, you can use it to record phone calls by connecting it to your iPhone's headphone jack or lightning harborage. You will also need to use an appendage that allows you to connect both the recording device and your headphones to your iPhone.

Before you record any phone calls, make sure to check your original laws and regulations to insure that you aren't breaking any laws.
