6. Find the "Configuration shield settings" by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the selections.
7. When you select the "Mail Shield" tab from the "Configuration shield settings" menu, a drop-down list of selected boxes appears.
8. Find the "Add signature to the end of sent emails" checkbox among the several features designed to secure your emails and uncheck it.
9. You can now exit Settings by clicking the Close button in the top left corner.

1. Navigate to General settings and choose Active Protection.
2. Next to the Mail Shield option, click the Customize button.
3. Click the behaviour tab to display a variety of options on the screen.
4. Simply mark the checkbox next to "Insert note into clean message" as unchecked.
