Be relaxed

You just have to concentrate on your studies and take it all easily. There is no need to create tension about the test. Always remind yourself that you would give your best and you are trying your level best. Once you tell yourself this you feel better and a lot of stress and fear gets eliminated. Moreover, when you stay relaxed you don’t attract any negativity. A stressed mind does fascinate a lot of tension and anxiety. Relaxation is the best method to deal with the tension and fear that you might encounter during prep.
