We're writing to inform you of significant changes to our content publishing policy. These changes are necessary to maintain the quality and integrity of our platform.
For the past few years, TechPlanet has allowed any registered user to submit guest posts with relatively few restrictions. Our goal was to foster an open environment where users could share valuable content and promote their projects. In return, we expected contributors to publish high-quality, relevant articles that would benefit our community.
Unfortunately, this approach has not yielded the results we hoped for. We've found that an overwhelming majority — 99% or more — of user-submitted content has been of low quality, irrelevant, or simply not valuable to our readers.
As a result, we're implementing the following changes:
- The option for any registered user to publish articles is now closed.
- We are actively removing low-quality content from the site.
- Authors who have published low quality content are being blocked.
- Users who still have publishing rights may lose them if they continue to submit content that doesn't meet our standards.
We understand that this may disappoint some of our users, but we believe these steps are necessary to ensure TechPlanet remains a trusted source of valuable information in our industry.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to improve the quality of content on our platform.
