Own idea about creating speech recognition software for real-time meeting transcriptions, can it work?

In recent times a great idea has occurred to me, at least in my opinion, the idea is for a new software and this new software is that it could be a program that uses speech recognition technology to automatically transcribe business meetings in real time, do you understand? The software could be used by companies and organizations to record and transcribe important meetings and discussions, which in my opinion is something that is needed but that I have not seen anywhere yet, the best thing is that this software allows the participants concentrating on the conversation instead of taking notes and ensuring important information is not lost, which is something I often see happen frequently, Also the software could have the ability to automatically identify and tag the topics discussed, making it easier the search and retrieval of specific information in the future. This tool would be especially useful for companies with remote or distributed work teams in different places, which need to stay connected and updated on the progress and decisions of the company. what do you think of this idea? In my opinion it is very good, I am very determined to want to make it a reality, since I feel that if it works as I want I could earn a lot of money, if I decided to create it, where can I find the person who can develop this software for me? since i am not a developer let alone a software developer can anyone tell me where to get this person?
