I'll try to write an instructional video on how to use the notes from letters published on this blog to make songs in Minecraft using Note Blocks.
In the beginning, i suggest you to take a look at this video. It provides most of the information you need.
If you've finished watching you've discovered that you'll require two programs to create songs in Minecraft I'll provide them below:

In the image above i created the first segment of Crab Rave, as it's published on this website.

Note that each "(-)" is a blank block space in Minecraft Note Block Studio. Unfortunately Minecraft blocks cover only two octaves, the whole 4th octave, and parts of the 3rd and 5th octaves. You can't create songs using notes from more than three octaves. That's why i used only the notes from octave 4. I tried replacing octave 2 notes with octave 3 but Minecraft does not have the "f" note for octave 3...
The main point is that you should make simple songs and use only 1 or 2 notes.
When you're done with your notes, you can go to File > Export as Schematic.
To load the file into one of your in-game games, use MCEdit. servers To see how it is done, watch the video I linked at the end of this article.
