MMA Fighting has Jake Paul vs. Anderson Silva live round-by-round updates for one of the most anticipated boxing fights of the year which takes place Saturday night at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Ariz.

Jake Paul (5-0) will compete in his sixth professional fight. He has knocked out four of his five career opponents, including Tyron Woodley in the sixth round this past December in his last outing.
Anderson Silva (3-1) has won three straight boxing fights, putting away Tito Ortiz in the first round in Sept. 2021 in his last appearance. Silva is a former UFC middleweight champion and posted a 34-11 record with one no-contest in MMA.
Jake Paul vs. Anderson Silva goes down tonight from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ. The fight will see the influencer turned boxer take on his toughest challenge to date, in an opponent who is not only a former UFC middleweight champion, and all-round MMA legend, but someone who can actually box, too.
Silva, who was released from the UFC last year, has been enjoying life in the boxing ring. Most recently, he face-plant KO’d Tito Ortiz.
There are some intriguing prelims for this card, which airs on Showtime PPV and FITE.tv.
Tonight from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ is a special Sunday pay-per-view which pits social media sensation Jake “The Problem Child” Paul (5-0, 4 KOs) against UFC legend Anderson Silva (3-1, 2 KOs boxing). This is an eight-round professional bout at a 187-pound catchweight.
The card will also feature a fight between retired UFC star Uriah Hall against former NFL running back Le’Veon Bell in a four-rounder, and MMA vet Chris Avila taking on Doctor Mike, also over four rounds.
One of those is ex-UFC fighter Uriah Hall taking on former NFL running back Le’Veon Bell (who knocked out Adrian Peterson recently). Nate Diaz teammate Chris Avila will also be on the card, taking on a social media star known as ‘Doctor Mike’.
