1 carrot

2 stalks celery

two kilos washed button mushrooms
one/2 pound washed shiitake mushrooms
one/two pound washed oyster mushrooms
one tablespoon new chopped tarragon
1 teaspoon salt
one teaspoon white pepper
3 pints rooster or vegetable inventory
one pint significant products
2 tablespoons flour
Mince carrots, onions, and celery in a foodstuff processor and sauté in large pot with oil. Mince mushrooms in a foods things processor, include to pot alongside with tarragon, salt, and pepper. Prepare dinner for about 15 minutes. Do not burn.
