RuneScapes Rarest Item Returns

The first Party Hats were only available to players two decades ago in RuneScape's 2001 Christmas event. They've since evolved into an important piece of game memorabilia reaching a value of 2.1 billion gold in 2015 - the maximum value tradable in a single transaction on the Grand Exchange.



Today's launch of The Golden Party Hat Hunt offers RuneScape members the possibility of earning something that could be a tradeable rare item.



Today marks the close of the 20th anniversary RuneScape multi-part quest. Once Upon a Time is the fourth and final part in the quest to commemorate the 20th anniversary. It covers 2021 and explores RuneScape’s past as well as its future and present.
