Some of the Memorable Events in a Country Club
3 min read

Country clubs are an excellent venue for social events. They have a rich history of hosting special events and have proven that they can be an experienced host for golf tournaments and other large-scale activities.

Adding a few social events to your club’s calendar can help you show off your facilities’ social event capabilities and demonstrate how you’re more than a golf course. These country club social events will make your community members feel welcome and connected to the country club.

Comedy Show

If you love to laugh, come join us for the Comedy Show at Unforgettable Country Club Social Events. The show will feature some of the funniest comedians in the business. Headliner Rocky Osborn will be joined by a host of performers. The shows are held in the Holiday Bay Room and will feature a light appetizer buffet before the show begins. Tickets are only $15 and can be purchased in advance at the box office.

Campfire Session

The Campfire Session is a group discussion event that flips the traditional format of a social gathering and focuses on the stories of the attendees. This session is ideal for groups of 25 or less and lasts 20-30 minutes. Attendees sit in a circle, and the facilitator asks question-prompting questions that allow them to share their experiences with each other. This is a unique opportunity to bond with peers as you discuss what makes life exciting and memorable.

Open Mic Night

Open mic nights are a great way for musicians to hone their skills. They are also a good way to connect with a music community.

Many of these events have a sign-up list near the stage and you can contact the host in advance to secure your spot.

Some open mic nights are wildly popular and can be difficult to get a slot. If you haven’t secured a slot yet, try and turn up early to guarantee yourself a spot.

Garage Sale

The Garage Sale is an opportunity for residents to clean out their closets and garages and sell their items. Typically held on the last Saturday of January, the proceeds from this event help the Social Club provide low or no cost activities to residents of Trophy Club. There will be food provided by Red’s Bar-B-Que, ice cream, live music and two inflatable slip-and-slides at Waterfront Park for the kids!

Family Fun Day

If you’re looking for an exciting way to bring the community together, consider planning a Family Fun Day event. These events are popular with both companies and communities alike.

These events are great ways to get people of all ages involved in activities that will help them connect with one another and build strong relationships. In addition, these types of events can be a great way to break the stress of the day-to-day routine.
