Welcome back to The Queue The Queue, the daily Q&A column where the WoW Insider team answers your questions regarding the World of Warcraft. Ua-7.Com Alex Ziebart will be your host today.

We have a number of quickie questions today. There are a few longer ones however, there are a lot of quickies.

BoltzmannHatchling asked:

What is the source of the edge spikes of the blade in Gorgrond? It was an amazing and unique orogeny. Draenor doesn't have the "spikes" and I can't find them on the alphabeta maps. But if they are gone, like my pools and volcanoes of lava green I'm sure I'm right...

One of the northern regions of Frostfire Ridge resembles the spiky parts of Blade's Edge and in actual fact, there are select spots that you can recognize as having been there in Burning Crusade. However, the spikes aren't as impressive. They appear like spears sticking out of the rock in Burning Crusade. They appear more like jagged outcroppings in Warlords of Draenor. The spikes are more detailed and have fewer numbers. The image is located at the top of this article. Spikes are real, but they're different.

It's possible that the spikes we've seen don't exist until Draenor was destroyed. It's also possible Blizzard thought they were ridiculous in the end and didn't want them to be replicated the same thing.

dreamweaver7x asked:

Still no article about the removal of Guild Levels as is being reported elsewhere? I guess we're already beyond the point of being concerned about what Blizzard removes from the game.

It's the weekend! The majority of us were away from the (virtual) office over the weekend.

Galenar asked:

Another question, as I'm full of them today. If I had used my water strider to get to areas that were not finished such as Ashran or Gorgrond Would Blizzard be angry when I took screenshots?

If you've reached these places by legitimate means and you're not in danger, then you're fine. There's no problem if the beta allowed you access to these places. You'll only be in trouble if you've used such a private server/sandbox to reach areas that servers would not normally let you see/access.

DaEvilGenius was contacted:

In WoD we will witness some large characters interact, such as Thrall and his father, which will create a great story. Do you think Blizzard will allow Alliance players experience the story between Thrall, Durotan, or will we require a Horde Toon?

You'll need an Horde character.

JeffLaBowski asked:

What's the deal with Falling Flame? I was told that you can only have one account. This is logical considering I have defeated Cinderfall several times in other toons but never managed to get it. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I'm not certain Blizzard has a system that is one-per-account for loot drops. It's more likely that the item has a very low drop rate.

Chrth asked:

Are the Pandaren Monk trainers from Wandering Isle or Pandaria?

I believe that all pandaren NPCs besides Pandaria are from this Wandering Isle. While we can't be 100% sure, the NPCs in capital cities are likely to be from the Wandering Isle. The same applies to the NPCs in newbie areas. It was the Wandering Isle pandaren who allied with Alliance/Horde and not the ones from Pandaria.

convoyb asked:

What are the Trade Skills? Or is it NYI?

I haven't played with tradeskills much in Warlords yet, but what I've seen of alchemy so far is a bit jarring. It's possible none of that has been developed yet. There's a dearth of the herbs needed for alchemy recipes. Many recipes call for meat, fish or minerals. There are a variety of ingredients in the recipes, but none of them are herbs. If the intention is to, I suppose the garrison could slowly supply all of these items however I don't have a fishing house or a mine yet on my current character. There's nothing I'm able to craft. Do you have any questions about World of Warcraft? The WoW Insider crew is here with The Queue, our daily Q&A column. Drop your questions in the comments and we'll do our best to answer 'em!
