Introducing the highly anticipated ICON v2 PADDLE: DIADEM's latest evolution of our award-winning icon. Still using high-grade Japanese-sourced carbon fiber in a slim frame, this paddle is the power player's ultimate weapon.
While traditional power pedals are typically stiff and unforgiving, the Icon v2 incorporates several technical features to eliminate harmful vibration, making it the most comfortable, arm-friendly power pedal Diadem has ever produced. .
At its core, we've added our 3xL core that combines two pieces of PP honeycomb, each with a density of 8mm, bonded with a proprietary film middle layer. which reduces vibration on impact. Power is easily accessible, but comfortable controls are available.
The Icon v2 face uses our RP2 technology, pioneered by the concept voice pedal introduced in DIACON 22. It uses our proprietary two-component polyurethane coating combined with grit paint to create a durable and spin-friendly face.
Finally, the Icon v2 takes our Flex Stabilization (FS) System technology, originally used in our tennis rackets, which uses a high-density foam injection around the outer edge of the paddle. This FS system combined with our core molding system not only makes this pedal more stable but also increases the active sweet spot.
