When it comes to picking a new show to watch, I consider the cast rather than the plot. However, Peter Krause is one of my favorite actors. In my mind, he has always been one of those underappreciated Hollywood types. To put it bluntly, I don’t think this is good for him. What I mean is that this is really ridiculous. This is a ridiculous pile of hogwash. Anyone with a brain cell to spare understands that emergency personnel never act in such a way. It seems likely that Angela Bassett’s own opinions about police officers are coloring how she plays one in this film. Okay, so there are some shady law enforcement officials out there, but this is outrageous. If police officers engaged in such behavior, they would quickly find themselves without a job. Oliver Stark, the young man, is the resident hunk.

In other words, he’s a pretty good-looking person. However, a firefighter who acted in such a manner would not only be terminated from his position but would likely be required to make restitution for the improper use of government property. The performers aren’t to blame for my complaints. I mean, bad scripts only allow for so much creativity. The prose is completely ridiculous. The technological course being taken is absurd. The show’s creators must have a cynical perspective of their audience.
