To-do lists are good and we all have them. Today, we have paper to-do lists, digital to-do lists, to-do apps to create lists, voice notes to-do lists, post-it notes and many more that help us keep our schedule organized.

But how many of these to-dos actually works? Do we regularly work on these to-do lists and ensure that all the things are properly tended to. Do you check all the tasks that were at hand and complete them by the end of the day. Well, you know your answer.

Especially for a brain who is diagnosed with an ADHD assessment in London, getting routine things done can be quite challenging. Getting started with these tasks, struggling, prioritizing, stay motivated – everything together makes us overwhelmed. It is quite common with a person who have just had an ADHD assessment in London.

With this person, the part of the brain, which is looking after these executive functions, is in charge of many other organizational aspects and actions must be taken to get things done, have clarity in the mind and so, it may be a good thing to have a to-do list at hand. A to-do list can act as a conductor in an orchestra, supervising all the actions and behaviors.

This may or may not work with a person who has been diagnosed with ADHD but as we keep a habit of creating this to-do list, the person will eventually understand the follow the list and complete the tasks accordingly.
