The Thrive Initiative
Thrive stands as India's foremost startup acceleration program tailored for early-stage startups. It spans a rigorous 3-6 month period, bolstered by influential AIFs, VCs, Angel Networks, and esteemed startup founders.

Operational Mechanics
Application Phase
The initial stage of the Thrive program commences with the announcement and solicitation of applications. Startups are tasked with completing an application form, detailing pertinent information about their venture and submitting a pitch deck alongside a one-pager pitch.
Screening Process
Our screening process spans a duration of 2 months and comprises three key stages:
Application Review: We evaluate applications based on predetermined criteria, including industry focus, developmental stage, team composition, revenue, and funding status.
Shortlisting: Applications meeting our criteria are shortlisted, identifying the most promising startups from the applicant pool.
Interview: Shortlisted startups engage in a virtual interview session, delving deeper into their business vision, operational model, and team dynamics.
Deal Negotiation
The deal negotiation phase comprises three steps:
Offer & Acceptance: Selected startups receive offers to join the acceleration program, with the freedom to accept or decline.
First Cheque Offer: Selected startups are presented with an initial investment of up to 50 Lakhs, accompanied by detailed information on program structure and resources.
Term Sheet & Due Diligence: A comprehensive term sheet is shared for review, followed by due diligence procedures to ensure transparency and credibility, encompassing team background checks, financial assessments, and reference validations.
Acceleration Program
Our Cohort Acceleration Program, 'Thrive,' spans 3-6 months, incorporating crucial components such as networking opportunities and mentorship sessions with industry leaders and business experts.
Demo Day
Selected startups are invited to pitch their business concepts to a panel comprising industry experts and potential investors, offering a platform to showcase their unique value propositions and attract investment.
Post-Program Support
Beyond the program's conclusion, selected startups receive ongoing support, including expert guidance in legal matters, branding, PR, marketing strategies, and fundraising endeavors. We remain committed to accompanying you throughout your startup journey, monitoring progress, and providing assistance to foster business growth."
