Foundation Funding |Grant Opportunities | Foundation Application

As a non-profit, you are aware of the difficulties in staying current with foundation funding options, deadlines, and foundation online initiatives. Although donation might be your first reaction to visit a foundation's website for deadlines, our study reveals that less than one in ten US foundations either have a website or give this information on it.

For non-profit researchers, a few deadline alerts services are available. Why are there so few? Because the major difficulty you encounter is the same as that of these alert services: keeping up with constantly shifting deadlines. We'll discuss a number of these services that are offered, as well as some of their features and methods for staying up to date on pertinent prospects.

Notices of grants and RFPs are included in Foundation Center's free US-based Philanthropy News Digest, or PND. PND offers chances that are primarily in the US and is sent out as a biweekly email that you can subscribe to. The possibilities are organised by giving type. Along with email alerts, PND also offers an online search engine that enables you to look through their database of live RFPs. You can search by keyword, state, or donation category. Every year, PND sends out roughly 500 opportunity alerts, or one for every 1,000 funds awarded.
