How Our Teachers Assists the Students in Their Mental Development?

The teachers in E.S Lords International school assists the students in many ways that brings positive impact in them. Only the educational qualification is not enough for teachers to handle students. But the teachers must have patience, general knowledge and also interest to train the students. We, in our CBSE school, holds many such teachers who are eagerly training the students in good positive way.

How we train the students?

1. We train the students to handle both the academic and social responsibilities. Through field trip, educational tour and factory visits – students will come to know about the society and how things are functioning around us. Teaching the students only in classrooms will be monotonous. But on the other side, these sorts of educational trips will enhance the understanding abilities of the CBSE students.
2. Students must be trained in decision making. Throughout their life, decision making plays a vital role in building career, jobs and in life. Hence students must be given appropriate training for taking better decisions. For this in our international school, the students are separated as groups and given activities and lectures upon the topic.
3. CBSE School Students are guided with educational counsellor within the campus. Every student will learn in their own pace. Moreover, each one of them will have different family background which will also bring greater impact in their studies. Therefore, the educational counsellor will assist the students periodically and advise them on the area of their improvement.
4. We also communicate with the parents regularly. For a child’s development – child, parents and school teachers must work together to achieve good results. Hence, we encourage the parents to come forward and know the steps taken by school.
