●     Firstly, open your device's browser and search for the IP address 192.168.1.1 in the search bar. You can also open the router's login page on your smartphone and tablet.

●     Then, click on the change admin password option and type in your new password. You can use the special characters and numbers to make your password stronger.

●     Now, you need a thin and pointy object to press the reset button. Hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds. This way, you will see the router's LEDs blinking before turning off.

●     Lastly, wait for a few seconds till the router's LEDs automatically lights up. Then connect your device with the router's network using the default SSID and password. And at last, open the Frontier router settings to reconfigure your router.

Resetting process of the router

●     To reset the router, tap the power button. Or you just unplug the router from the power source.
