Visa provision:

In addition, it is not on the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL). Therefore, you can’t apply for an Australian visa under the General Skilled Migration (GSM) Program.

A minimum of five years of related work experience or relevant vendor certification may be used. You may use any of the two to substitute for the formal qualification. In some cases, on-the-job training or relevant work experience may be necessary besides the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1). 

English language eligibility criteria: 

• You need a result of IELTS with a score of 6 (R, L, W), 7 in speaking and 7 overall; 
• Your OET result must be with a minimum B grade in all sections;
• You must have TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of L:12, R:13, W:21 and S:23 overall L93); 
• Your PTE Academic must have a minimum score of 50 (W, R, L), 65 in speaking and 65 overall. 

Exceptions: 

An Australian Graduate exception applies in some Australian states/territories. 

Priority Skilled Lists may apply a particular need in some Australian states. 

There are some countries free from the submission of IELTS or OET. These countries are the UK, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland and the USA. If mandatory licensing or registration is necessary, show an influential English level.
