Ross is both a previous Victoria Cop and approved Vicroads Permit Analyzer. His insight into the Bendigo district comes from continuous ordinary visits there in the 70's and 80's, in the long run driving him to move to live in Bendigo in 1999.
As a Cop, Ross gained from Police driving teachers and has experience driving in numerous risky circumstances, frequently outrageous. This has filled him intensely for street wellbeing.
