Inspection can be both :
Quality Control
Quality Assurance

What is a Quality Management System?

Before stating the difference between quality assurance and quality control and deciding which method is best for you, you must go through a few concepts.

Firstly, most people confuse both terms with each other and consider them the same. They think that these both processes are quite the same. While there is a simple and basic difference between the two, that quality assurance inspection is done before the process of production even begins. In contrast, quality control inspection is done during production or at the end of the production process.

Secondly, quality systems, often known as Quality management systems, have subparts such as quality assurance and quality control. The quality management system, according to ASO, runs through the whole business and contains many processes, methods, policies, tools, and document information.

Suppose a Quality management system is implemented properly. In that case, it can assure its customers, business owners, supply chain partners, and regulators that products and services meet the requirements of the potential market and check the quality of the products being delivered.

Quality assurance and quality control are not the same, and they are different, but they play a significant role in any organization's quality inspection.

We can differentiate between the quality assurance and quality control processes to understand the concepts more clearly.

Quality Assurance

The quality assurance process is usually done during the production of services and removes all problems that can arise at the time of quality control. This process is usually carried out before the development of products and is done to prevent any problems that may arise in the quality control process.

How do the manufacturers implement quality assurance?

By following these steps, manufacturers implement quality assurance :

Defining the quality assurance process
Planning the quality assurance process
documentation of the process
Selection of tools which include: Checklists
Training of employees

When two to three of the steps mentioned earlier are executed, manufacturers review the process and ensure that the right process is followed. They also give suggestions and make modifications to accelerate the process and improve the Quality of services.

Quality Control

After the process of quality assurance, quality control is performed. Quality assurance is concerned with the planning and check and balance of the services, but in contrast to this, quality control is concerned with the product and its service in the market. The purpose of quality control is to check that customers' requirements are fulfilled and satisfied. They also make sure that the product is good in its quality and has no defects in it.

In quality inspection, quality control is considered more assistive and fits more than quality assurance; why?

In quality assurance, it is to make sure that a product is to be finished with high quality. But in quality control, this helps us to identify that there are no errors in the product and it is satisfactory for the customer. Quality control also helps us test and inspect the quality of the services. It helps us to know whether the customer is satisfied or not.

Many of the cost and quality problems arising from the wrong Quality Assurance process can be controlled and corrected by Quality inspection services in Mexico. Suppose we have a good quality control process. In that case, we can control the manufacturers and order them strictly to better the quality of the products, and that's how they tightly manage the services in production. In this way, the customers are satisfied with the better quality of the products.
