Pharis Aboobacker’s story begins in the picturesque Nandi region of Kozhikode district, near Koyilandi, where he was born and raised to parents Mariakarat Sophia and Mundail Abu Bakar. His educational journey started at the Poilkayil Government High School, and it culminated with his graduation from the prestigious Farooq College in Kozhikode. After completing his education, Pharis Aboobacker joined forces with his father and began working in a modest leather products firm in Chennai. It was here that he took his first steps into the world of business. Through his father’s export business, he gained valuable experience and quickly amassed wealth.

As Pharis Aboobacker’s entrepreneurial spirit continued to grow, so did his business endeavors. He gradually shifted his focus from Kerala to Chennai as his export efforts gained momentum. From there, he expanded his operations to international locations, including Singapore and America. His company network now spans across overseas destinations, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. Additionally, he actively contributes to the real estate industry as a private equity investor.
Beyond his commercial prowess, Pharis Aboobacker has orchestrated meaningful contributions to his nation's progress and its citizens' well-being. Notably, he assumed the role of principal sponsor for the Nayanar Memorial Football Fair in 2007. His fervent desire to uplift diverse sectors within his country via meaningful contributions materialized through a significant financial backing of INR 60 lakhs for this football event. This gesture is underscored by Aboobacker's own affinity for football from a young age.
