9th International Portrait Art Competition
As part of our efforts, we organize online competitions for artists, twice every month. One of our upcoming competitions is our 9th Portrait International Juried Art Competition. The competition is for every artist who wants to showcase different faces of their creativity
The portraits can be of human beings, animals, or any other creature that you wish to depict. The jury of the competition is looking for artists who can tell stories through their portraits. Portraits that tell stories of different moods, emotions, and eras through your craft. It is your chance to discover what’s hiding behind every face through your brush strokes.
Dates and Deadline
The final submission deadline for the competition is 15th April 2024 and we won’t be providing extensions in any case whatsoever. Hence, we would recommend you to grab this opportunity and send in your entries now, without waiting for the deadline. We have already started accepting entries for the portrait art contest and are waiting to see your finest portrait artwork.
Medium and Dimensions
For this competition, we are accepting all 2D and 3D mediums of visual art except audio, video, performance, or AI-generated artwork. This means, that irrespective of whether you are into photography, painting, sculpting installation art, mixed media, graphic designing, fiber art, embroidery, or even carpentry, as long as you stay true to the theme of our portrait art contest, we want to see your work.
It is an Online Portrait Art Contest
As we have already mentioned, the competition is being organized online. This means that artists do not need to make any physical shipment of their work to be accepted for the competition. All we want from you is a clear, high-definition image of your work with no watermark on the image, which you can submit to us via our official website. Please remember that we do not accept any submissions via email, and all entries are to be sent only through our website.
Entry Fee
The entry fee for the competition is $15 per artwork and there is no upper limit on the number of submissions. Artists can submit as many artworks as they wish. However, our website only accepts a maximum of 10 artworks per submission, hence if you wish to submit more than 10 works, you can make a fresh submission for another 10 art pieces and so on.
Exciting Rewards for the Winners
Now let us discuss the most exciting part of this competition, which is the reward. The winning artists shall get cash prizes of up to $3500, social media promotions, certificates of recognition, and a dedicated space in our annual art book for winners. We release the art book towards the end of every year and it is an absolute treat to go through its every page.
