During all the clashes and heated arguments about AI-Generating Content and its effectiveness on Google Search Engine, A claim made by Vox Media, create a new buzz online. The Tweet by Vox Media suggested that AI content is currently “well-received by search engines.”



And without any delay, Google SearchLiasion Tweeted an explanation that “It’s still not correct that AI content will be “well-received by search engines,” at least for us.”

By further explaining the same SearchLiasion Tweeted that “There’s lots of AI content on the web that doesn’t rank well and hence isn’t well received” by Google Search. “AI content has no magic ranking powers,”. Only if the content is good and user-friendly, it will rank well and not because it is written by AI, he further added.

In between all the chatter on Twitter replying to one author, Google SearchLiasion responded “FYI about this part: “he’s learned that AI content ‘will, at least for the moment, be well-received by search engines’.” This isn’t correct. Our systems are looking at the helpfulness of content, rather than how it is produced,”

Referring to the Google Principle Guidelines, Google SearchLiasion explained that the content should be effective, well-written, informative, and people-friendly. Websites that are producing the bulk of content just for search engines may not get a good ranking since it’s not people-friendly content.
