What Makes an RV Park A Five-Star Resort?

3 min read

So, you drive into a Recreational (Vehicle(RV) Park only to find that the laundromat they advertised is nothing more than a washer and dryer. In addition, the WIFI isn't working, and the campsites are too small. While you can live through some of these exaggerations, they may make your trip unforgettable for the wrong reasons. Therefore, consider a five-star RV park to have the best RV camping. But what makes an RV park a five-star resort? Here are the attributes you should have in mind.

Ample Space Between Campsites

You don't want a situation where you walk out your door and immediately land on your neighbor's doorstep. A five-star RV resort should have enough space between sites to allow privacy. This is especially crucial when you have kids or pets that need to run around.

Excellent Customer Service

A five-star worthy RV resort should have friendly and readily available customer service. This means you can access them whenever you need help and are always ready to offer a solution. Consulting a rude or non-responsive customer care assistant can be a nightmare.

Convenient Way to Dispose of Trash

Walking 300 meters to dispose of waste is not fun. A five-star RV resort has trash cans within a short distance, so you can conveniently dispose of trash to avoid a stinky RV.

Easily Accessible Sewer Connections

Some RV park sewer connections need to be more comfortably placed, and sometimes, you need an extra sewer hose. But this shouldn't be the case for a five-star park. Instead, it should have easily accessible sewer connections allowing convenient waste disposal.

Well Equipped Laundromat

Dealing with laundry while on vacation isn't anyone's favorite chore. But a well-equipped laundry facility makes it easier. A five-star RV resort has a well-maintained and clean facility. In addition, it should have easy-to-use washers and dryers to accommodate multiple users at any time.

Excellent Shower Facilities

Taking a shower is a basic need, at least for most of the human population. And a five-star RV resort knows this all too well. Hence, they have ample shower facilities with hot showers and other essentials. In addition, they must be clean, and well maintained, and not too far from the campsites.

A Pet Area and Playground

A pet area and a playground are a plus to qualify an RV park for five stars. These facilities allow your children or/and pets ample Space to play and exercise. In addition, you can engage in family games with the little ones instead of spending days cramped up in the RV.

Free Wifi

Connectivity has become a basic need. It's essential for trivial things, such as chatting with friends and family, and for more important ones, such as banking and work. Therefore, for a resort to qualify as a five-star, its wifi should be free, secure, and reliable.

Rv parks are convenient and act as cheaper versions of hotels. A five-star RV resort should have ample space, convenient laundry, shower facilities, and a pet area/playground. In addition, they must have excellent customer service, free wifi, and convenient waste disposal.
