Fewer than 100 people played the wordy puzzle in November of last year, but now there are hundreds of thousands of them.

The rules are easy, but if you like puzzles, they can be annoying at times.
The online word-guessing game gives players six chances to guess the right five-letter word. After each guess, the color of the box changes depending on whether the letter is in the word or not.
If a box turns green, that means the letter is where it should be in the word.
But the box will turn yellow if it is there but in the wrong place.
A letter is not in the word if it is in a grey box.
Everyone does the same word puzzle, and you can only play it once a day. We told you it would be frustrating if you love puzzles.

Best letter combinations
We decided to look at the numbers of the game and figure out how to play it strategically.The best place to start is with a word that has five different letters.
To have the best chance, use the letters that appear most often in Wordle's word bank.
There are only so many five-letter words that are "featured" on wordle unlimited.
Palak Shah, Wardle's partner, chose almost 2,500 words to be correct words for the game.
But players can try to guess more than 10,000 different words. And in order to play the game, you can only use real words as possible guesses.
