You can be afraid of failure, but that's not going to help you succeed. It might make you feel better in the short run, but that won't get you anywhere. The thing is, life is too short to be afraid of anything. So go out and try something new and see what happens. If it doesn't work out, well, at least you tried—and that's always a good thing...
