This NAEMT approved course is the first EMS education program that fully addresses how to best assess and manage the most common medical crises in patients, offering a “think outside the box” methodology. AMLS-Refresher is for all levels of practitioners with a strong commitment to patient care, including AEMTs, paramedics, nurses, NAs, PAs, nurse anesthetists and physicians. The 10 hour course is taught over the course of one day. For EMTs, there is a new course, AMLS-Basics, specifically designed for emergency medical technicians.
*The book (required) costs $65.00. You do not have to purchase the book from EMT Utah, but you have the option of adding it to your cart when registering for the course. If you purchase a book at registration, it will be distributed in class. You may also purchase the book in class.
