AV Access, a leading provider of Pro AV and AV over IP solutions, recently announced the addition of four wireless conferencing kits to the company’s hybrid conference portfolio. The kits are composed of different products, like eShare W80 wireless presentation system, eShare D20 USB-C Dongle, AnyCo V8 video bar, and AnyCo A6 daisy-chain speakerphone. They can work together to offer all-in-one solutions for hybrid meetings in small, medium, and large conference rooms.
In-Person Meeting Kit
This kit includes 1x eShare W80 wireless presentation system, and 1x eShare D20 USB-C dongle. The system is plug-n-play and easy-to-use, ideal for in-person meetings in huddle rooms and small/medium meeting rooms. Users can cast their screen wirelessly, and control their USB conferencing devices wirelessly with the dongle, once the devices are connected to eShare W80.
Hybrid Meeting Kit for Small & Medium Room
This kit includes 1x eShare W80, 1x eShare D20, 1x BizEye 80 4K webcam, and 1x AnyCo A5 speakerphone. While delivering a presentation in 4K ultra HD resolution, users can capture sharp images and crystal-clear audio simultaneously. Whether in a small/medium meeting room or huddle room, both local and remote attendees can communicate effortlessly with each other.
2x Hybrid Meeting Kits for Medium & Large Room
One of these kits includes 1x eShare W80, 1x eShare D20, 1x AnyCo V8 video bar, and 2x AnyCo M1 add-on microphones. “We also offer other alternatives for the video bar and microphone: AnyCo A6 daisy-chain speakerphone and BizEye80 4K webcam,” explained Bill Liao, CTO of AV Access.
These two kits can provide users superior audio experience in a large meeting space, as up to 3 units of AnyCo M1 can be cascaded to AnyCo V8 to expand its audio pickup range. As for the other kit, users can chain up to 9 units of AnyCo A6 together to expand the range of its mics and speakers.
