Burgener will force Degen's shares to be sold

Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. Bernhard Burgener Burgener’s plans are supported and are backed by the Board of Directors. However, there's no agreement.

In a report from the holding company that he was a part of, he asked Degen to sell his stake at Basel Dream & Vision AG.

Burgener and his group, have reacted to settle the ownership dispute. Degen insists on his right to first refusal. He would like to exercise it to the value of 16.4 millions of francs. Burgener's stake of 80 percent in Basel Dream & Vision AG has been restricted by a super-provisional order. The British asset manager Centricus will also be able to have a stake in the company.
