Can’t Log in to Netgear Extender via 192.168.1.250?

You can set up your Netgear Extender using the offline page at 192.168.1.250 or the Mywifiext.net setup. However, one must be aware that 192.168.1.250 and Mywifiext.net cannot be accessed in online mode. Using 192.168.1.250, you can also set up a Netgear Extender.

How to set up a Netgear Extender using a browser and 192.168.1.250

- Connect your extension to an electrical outlet.

Now enter mywifiext.net or 192.168.1.250 in the address bar to set up your new Netgear extender.
Change your browser if the Netgear setup page doesn't appear.
You will be asked how you would want to configure Netgear Extender on the setup page for Netgear Extender.
