Method 1: Via the Sign-in Helper
1) Open the sign-in helper and enter the email address or screen name you use to sign in.
2) Select I don’t know my password.
3) Enter your date of birth and gender, then click Continue.
4) If you have a security question on your account, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don’t have a security question, we’ll send you an email with a link to create a new password.
5) Click the link in the email (or copy and paste it into your browser).
6) Enter a new password, then click Change Password.
Method 2: Via Email
1) Go to https://pogohelpcenter.com/.
2) Enter the email address or screen name you use to sign in, then click Submit Request.
3) If you have a security question on your account, we’ll email you instructions on resetting your password. If you don’t have a security question, we’ll send you an email with a link to create a new password. Note: The request could take up to 15 minutes to process.
4)Click the link in the email (or copy and paste it into your browser).
How to retrieve your Pogo account
We're sorry to hear that you've forgotten your account information! To retrieve your account, enter either your Pogo Screen Name or the email address associated with your account in the Space provided below. Once you click "Submit," an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account with further instructions.

How to delete your Pogo account
It is not currently possible to delete your Pogo account. However, you can contact customer support to have your account deactivated:
-Go to http://help.ea.com/en/.
-Click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
-Choose your product (Pogo).
-Choose your platform (Web).
-Select "Pogo Account and Billing" as your topic.
-Select "I want to deactivate my account" as your issue.
How to cancel your Pogo subscription
It's easy to cancel your Pogo subscription. Just follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account at www.pogo.com.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Under the "Subscription" heading, click on the "Cancel Subscription" link.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
