Types of nail extensions

Gel nail extension: first and the most common extension that people go for is the gel nail extension. This version of the nail extension is made of composite gel material. You will get it under the name of gel overlays.

Acrylic nail extension: almost everyone knows about this nail extension. This nail extension is a composition of monomer liquid mixed with a polymer powder. The paste is then stuck on your natural nail. This works best for women with brittle nails. Also, these last longer than gel nails.

Fiberglass nail extensions: the third type is the fiberglass nail extension. These are also known as silk extensions. In the fiberglass version, synthetic material is cut and fitted in your nail bed using glue. You can go for a fiberglass nail extension if you are allergic to chemical products like gel and acrylic nails.
