Who is Dr Ahmad?
Dr Ahmad is a board certified Internal Medicine Specialist with over 53 years of experience. He graduated from UNIVERSITY OF THE PUNJAB / KING EDWARD MEDICAL COLLEGE.
He has published extensively in the field of thymic malignancy and is a frequent speaker at medical conferences around the world. He has surgical privileges at Houston Northwest Medical Center, Humble Surgical Hospital and Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center.
He specializes in knee ACL and meniscus injuries, shoulder instability and labral tears, and rotator cuff pathology as well as Tommy John surgery. He is also the team physician for the New York Yankees and Rockland Boulders and serves as a consultant to numerous high schools and metropolitan soccer, gymnastics, and swim teams. He is a co-founder of Baseball Health Network, a program to promote the safety and performance of young throwing athletes.

During this intensive clinical mini-residency, you’ll take part in multiple live patient implant surgeries, as well as surgical and restorative protocols. You’ll learn critical core concepts, discover new techniques for extraction and bone grafting, and develop a full understanding of the necessary criteria for patient selection.
You’ll also gain hands-on familiarity with Acteon’s CBCT software for surgical planning, intraoral scanning and 3D printing. And you’ll understand the nuances of reading conebeam CBCTs, IAN and custom vessel mapping, as well as surgical implant site development using CGF/L-PRF membranes. All of these things help you to ensure successful implant surgery and a quality result for your patients.
