When the mobile-based Minecraft Earth was announced last year, it instantly drew comparisons to Pokemon Go because of its use of Augmented Reality and location-based games. But it was a different game (as senior editor Jess Conditt will attest) because it didn't require players to go outside to participate in its mining and building gameplay. The 3.5-inch figurines will be $10, with the monstrosity selling for $25 when it's launched in the fall.
