Possible Reasons We Haven’t Found Aliens Yet

3 min read

Despite our best efforts, we have yet to discover concrete evidence of extraterrestrial life. There are several possible explanations for this lack of contact with alien civilizations. We may need to search more of the universe to find them. Alternatively, other civilizations may be too far away or different from us to detect. There’s also the possibility that the purposely avoid us or have already come and gone without us realizing it. While we may not have answers, continuing to search for life beyond our planet is essential and exciting. A theory that the scientific community still needs to explore thoroughly suggests that aliens may be able to send probes into space like we have been doing for the past fifty years. Although we know that the universe is vast and filled with billions of stars and planets, it is essential to note that most of it is empty space, and the distances between celestial bodies are significant.

In 2017, an object named Oumuamua was detected, which some people believe to be an extraterrestrial artifact. However, the scientific community has largely rejected this hypothesis. The reason for this rejection must be clarified, as there is a puzzle in the argument structure of the scientific community’s responses. The hypothesis proposes possible explanations for the properties of Oumuamua, but these explanations need more evidence. To understand and strengthen the response, we need to consider certain philosophical factors, such as the structure of the argument, the role of prior assumptions, and the possibility of alternative explanations that still need to be conceived.

The book “The Alien Code” narrates the journey of Alex, a young man with a deep passion for astronomy, space, and everything related to space travel. Alex is a fellow aspiring scientist, and Dr. Trigger is his mentor at the university astronomy club. The story begins in 2017 when Alex first sights an object named Oumuamua that traveled across our solar system. With the help of his mother and grandfather, Alex managed to explore this mysterious object. On the other hand, Dr. Sinclair was asked by the Capstone group to decipher some space noise that was picked up by their communication satellite. Dr. Sinclair enlisted Dr. Trigger’s help to decode the message, which they discovered had some effect on Dr. Trigger’s cat. Dr. Trigger created an algorithm to unlock the code to the message emanating from the satellite. However, Dr. Trigger suddenly dies, and Dr. Sinclair is left to work with Alex to find the alien code.

It’s essential to consider the possibility of encountering more mysterious objects like Oumuamua in the future. These objects have no natural explanation and are sometimes presented as evidence of extraterrestrial life. The increased government control over the messaging from both the government and scientific community regarding such phenomena serves as a reminder of the need to prepare for such scenarios. By examining these observations in detail, we can start meaningful conversations that help us better understand and address similar cases in the future.
