Invoice sent to customer has ‘Review and Print’ rather than ‘Review and Pay’ options

QuickBooks payments pave a smooth way for your customers to make their credit card payments with the use of their invoice. Your customer must have received the Payments-enabled invoice with the option of Review and Pay. If this is not the case and the option displays Review and Print, it is an error.   5. Further, click on the credit card option from the payment method in the dropdown menu. 
  6. Hit on Credit card details and fill the credit card info. Following this, click on the 'Use this credit card in the future'.
  7. Click on Process Credit Card and hit Save. 
  8. At last, click on Save and New or Save and Close option. 

This step will take the customer towards a successful payment of the desired amount.

Fix Pay Now link issues with your clients

In case your customer is receiving an error after clicking on the option Pay Now, apply the below steps: 

  1. Confirm the details shared in the card information field must be of the Canadian Credit Card. It must have funds available to make the required payment. 
  2. The customer must have cleared the cache and cookies. Now, submit the information again.
