1.Role of Ozone Sensor

③The electron transfer between the ozone molecules and the electrode results in the oxidation of some oxygen molecules present on the electrode to a higher oxidation state.

④This oxidation process leads to the consequent movement of electrons in the electrolyte, which generates a detection signal.

3.Application of Ozone Sensor

Ozone sensors have the advantages of high detection accuracy, fast response speed, good stability, long service life, etc., and have a wide range of applications in environmental testing, industrial production, medical and health care. The following are some examples of ozone sensor applications:
