You can fix this error by marking QB files safe in the Antivirus/Firewall settings as defined in the steps below-
1. Use the search panel on your taskbar to open the Windows Defender Firewall window.
2. Navigate to the left menu and click Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall.
3. Tap Change settings and search for QuickBooks in the program list.
