Here are some more tips to help you create effective CVs and informative articles:

For your CV:

• Focus on achievements, not just tasks: Highlight concrete results, improvements, time/cost savings and other outcomes you enabled through your work.

• Track your progress: Keep a record of accomplishments, publications, certifications and skill updates to easily revise your CV over time.

• Ask for testimonials: If appropriate, obtain quotes from managers, clients or others praising your work. Consider including these in your CV.

• Attach only if relevant: Only include additional documents like cover letters, writing samples, etc. if they match the specific role and provide helpful insights.

• Include recent graduates: Recent graduates can include relevant academic projects, theses and courses to supplement their work experience.

For articles:

• Provide multimedia context: Links to relevant images, audio or video help provide rich background or context for complex ideas and information.

• Consider subheadings: Break up long sections with descriptive, informative subheadings that also aid readers' scanning of your content.

• Maintain an organized structure: Group related information together and present ideas in a logical flow that aids comprehension.

• Stay consistent: Maintain a uniform tone, style and level of formality throughout to create a coherent, readable piece.

• Write simply: Use short sentences, active voice, familiar examples and concrete language for clarity and accessibility.

• Get feedback: Circulate drafts to collect input that flags errors, identifies missing details and ensures you've covered key points.
