If you're unaware, this version of Minecraft is designed to help to teach a variety of subjects, including STEM subjects and mathematics. It's a bit niche since only teachers or students are likely to use Minecraft: Education Edition, however it's beneficial for this version of the game to be more accessible to those who don't have computers at home.
